Weymouth possesses a range of accommodation providers who offer affordable self-catering houses to students aged 18+ mostly within a short distance of the main college site. Whilst there are no on-site halls of residence some properties are adjacent to the main college buildings.

A list of these providers will be sent to degree level students who have been given offers of a place prior to the start of their course. The rental costs for these properties ranges from £70 per week upwards but varies according to the size and type of accommodation and additional facilities available and may or may not include bills.

For students with partners or family who require larger self contained properties they are advised to obtain a copy of the Thursday Properties edition of the Dorset Evening Echo which contains details of flats and houses for rent locally. Or visit their website http://www.dorsetecho.co.uk/homes/.

Students are advised to choose their accommodation carefully and pay particular attention to their tenancy agreements. Further guidelines of choosing your accommodation will be sent with the list of accommodation.
